A 50 % deposit is required to hold space. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation prior to 30 days will be refunded less US$ 75.00 handling fee. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit all fees. Receipt of deposit due or final payment is acknowledgement that the client has read and accepts the cancellation-refund policy. Sol Caribe is not responsible for losses or additional expenses due to delays or changes in your airfare or other services, sickness or weather. No refund can be made for unused hotel rooms, meals or tours. Sol Caribe shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage caused by accident or events beyond its control, including weather. We will not be able to refund any payment for no-shows or early check-out.
